Samsung will manufacture the Galaxy S26 in India as well

Samsung announced the Galaxy S26 series last week and started accepting pre-orders on the same day. The company has already begun delivering phones to customers who pre-ordered them, a few days earlier than promised. Now, it has also revealed that it will start manufacturing its new phones in India.

A senior company executive revealed that Samsung will manufacture the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra at its smartphone factory in Noida, India. He did not reveal when manufacturing will actually begin, but it is likely to start soon. Noida is home to Samsung’s largest smartphone factory. The company also has smartphone manufacturing plants in South Korea and Vietnam.

JB Park, President and CEO of Samsung Southwest Asia, said, “Our engineers from the Bengaluru and Noida R&D facilities have played a pivotal role in the development of the Galaxy S26 series, and I am proud to share that it will be manufactured at our Noida factory.

Apparently, features and technologies developed by engineers at Samsung’s research and development centers in Bengaluru and Noida have played a major role in the development of the Galaxy S26 series.
